As a general rule, the Company operates under a strict No Return / No Refund policy.

อย่างไรก็ตาม สำหรับสินค้าประเภทรองเท้าเท่านั้น หากขนาดที่ได้รับไม่พอดี ลูกค้าสามารถขอเปลี่ยนไซส์หรือสีภายในรุ่นเดียวกันได้ 1 ครั้ง ภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า สิทธิพิเศษนี้ไม่กระทบต่อสิทธิตามกฎหมายของลูกค้า  |  As a courtesy for footwear items only, customers who receive an incorrect fit may request a one-time exchange for a different size or color within the same model, within 7 days of delivery. This privilege does not affect statutory consumer rights.

●      ป้ายราคาและป้ายแบรนด์ต้องติดอยู่ครบ — Original price and brand tags must remain intact

●      ต้องไม่ผ่านการสวมใส่ ใช้งาน หรือซักทำความสะอาด — Product must not have been worn, used, or laundered

●      แจ้งความประสงค์ภายใน 7 วันหลังได้รับสินค้า — Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

●      จำกัดเฉพาะการเปลี่ยนไซส์หรือสีในรุ่นเดียวกัน — Limited strictly to a size or color swap within the same model

หลังจากจัดส่งสินค้ากลับมายังเรา เงินคืนจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่สินค้าถึงและผ่านการตรวจสอบเรียบร้อย หากพ้นกำหนดนี้ยังไม่ได้รับเงินคืน กรุณาติดต่อทีมงานของเรา เงินคืนสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อออนไลน์จะโอนกลับผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม  |  Once the item is shipped back, refunds are processed within 30 business days from receipt and inspection.
